Coffren V Wins 2025 NCAA Division III Arnold Palmer National Individual Champion Award

PENFIELD, N.Y. – Eddie Coffren V of Lynchburg claimed the 2025 Division III Arnold Palmer National Individual Champion Award this afternoon for earning medalist honors following the NCAA Division III National Championship.
Sitting no lower than second after each round, the senior from Owings, Md., used four birdies and a final-round 70 to hold off charging Will Karkoc of Bethel (MN) and Kevin Mu of Emory to win by one stroke. The First Team All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and PING First Team All-American finished the tournament with an eight-under 280 (68-73-69-70) and 18 birdies.
The win was Coffren V’s first of the season.
