Heartland is Narrowly No. 1 in April 17, 2026 Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA DII Coaches Poll
NORMAN, Okla. – With top-three finishes in all 10 of their tournaments this season and five victories, including the Deere Hawk Classic by seven strokes on April 16, Heartland sits atop the Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA DII Coaches Poll for the third consecutive poll. The Hawks received two first-place votes and 49 points on April 17, one more than Kirkwood (one first-place vote and 48 points) and South Mountain (one first-place vote and 48 points).
Mississippi Gulf Coast (two first-place votes) and Murray State (OK) rounded out the top five, while Des Moines Area, Northeast (NE), Meridian, Black Hawk, and Shelton State completed the ranking.
Southeast (NE), Iowa Central, Roane State, Highland, and Parkland also received votes. The final Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA DII Coaches Poll of the 2025-26 season will be released on May 8.
